Towels are changed every day and all rooms are thoroughly cleaned. the service is very nice and tactful. Nopa is always available. TV with You Tube and Netflix. There are fish in Willa Lima that you can feed. beautifully decorated bathrooms. I highly recommend

I strongly recommend this property. Our stay was wonderful and we were impressed by the welcome drink and massage. The breakfast was also so delicious.

Aside from what you're seeing in the picture. Here's what to expect: Helped us call driver, outcall masseur villa, daily breakfast order, daily cleaning and tower replacement. The space is big, bed's are huge, washroom is half the room size. Kitchen available for cook

Lots of space, privacy and quietness. This is truly a luxury villa, looks like in the photos. No disturbances or noises from neighbors, great fans and air con and I simply felt like royalty. The pool in the kitchen and the kitchen facilities were divine! Staff was amazing too, we booked an extra night with them and they were very accommodating.

We loved everything about this villa. It is spacious, clean, cozy, private, quiet. Eventhough it is located in a busy street, you dont hear any noise from the street. You have closeby a grocery store, restaurants, spas so everything is easily reachable. The staff is very friendly and they will help you out any time. Communication is through whatsapp so thats also very easy to handle. Honestly this villa exceeded our excpetations so we would definetly reccommend this place. We stayed with our 1 year old baby and it was ideal for her - she could wonder around the yard and swim in the pool as much as she wanted. It is also good that on the terrace you will always have a little bit of cover from the sunlight. For a person from colder climate it is highly appreciated. You will not dissapoint when choosing Claremont villa :)

Tho the toilet & pool needs a bit of touch up but it wasn't really a big deal. Our bedrooms & villa was kept clean and tidy everyday. We had left our clothes to dry on all the chairs available & we get back from our activities, the staffs had actually placed all of that neatly in drying racks they brought in. Agung & all the staffs in Asrina are simply the best. They ensure a smooth check in tho it's quite late and the staffs are really helpful. Thank you Agung & team for making our stay a comfortable and memorable one.

Absolutely amazing staff, we can not even explain how much we loved the staff, especially Giri He was an absolute pleasure and someone we speak fondly about now! There should be more people like him in the world. The villas were nicely designed and breakfast was great and delivered with great attention
