A szoba pont olyan, mint a képeken. Új,tiszta, az ágy kényelmes. A szoba közvetlen közelében van a sétálóutca, bárok, éttermek (mégsem volt zajos)pár száz méterre a nevezetességek. A szállásadóval WhatsApp-on tartottuk a kapcsolatot, pontos instrukciókat adtak, bármilyen kérdésre azonnal kimerítő választ adtak. (parkolás,éttermet,strandot ajánlottak)

The location is very central that we could walk to all major sightseeing places including the train station. So many great restaurants near by! The apartment looks exactly the same from the advertised pictures. Communication with the host is easy & prompt. Self check in & out are easy. The apt is newly renovated, nicely decorated & very comfortable with a functional balcony. It’s spotlessly clean. Coffee, tea, olive oil & water are all a nice touch and convenient to have. Room service even being provided on our second day there. My husband & I love the place.

Amazing view and Great location seconds from the Teatro area, restaurants and terrasses and minutes from the Duoma and old district of Palermo. Great communication with the manager. Highly recommend.

Perfect stay in a charming old building that has been thoughtfully renovated, just steps away from the bustling La Vucciria market, the stunning Cuatro Canti crossroads and some of the city's most beautiful churches (La Martorana, Chiesa di San Cataldo, Oratoria del Rosario di Santa Cita, Chiesa del Gesù di Casa Professa). Our room had a balcony with a lovely view of quiet backstreets. Big bathrooms with very nice products. The kitchen has an espresso machine and citrus juicer. Silvia was a very accommodating and friendly host. Delicious dolci on arrival in the room: so good that we went in search of the pasticceria for more!

Everything was amazing. I received a warm welcoming, and got given a map of the city, with any explanations I asked for. The shared spaces make it easy to socialise, and the location in an amazing part of the city makes it easy to make plans to go anywhere. Extremely clean and well furnished, the room, bathroom and kitchen were a 10/10. Special mention to the fact that it’s on a very quiet street, but just meters away from bars/restaurants/big supermarket. Will definetly come back!

We stayed in the blue room and everything was great: the rooms are well decorated and very clean, the bathroom is spacious, there is a small but very charming balcony overlooking the street, and you even have shared kitchen and dining facilities you can use to prepare your own food. One thing to emphasize as it is not intuitive for any Italian city - the room and the street were very quiet, which in combination with comfortable beds meant we could rest well after a long day of exploring Palermo. Apart from this Alfonso is an awesome host, he was super helpful and very responsive, gave us a lot of very good advice regarding where to go and what types of food to try and even welcomed us with some well needed water and strawberries. The room is centrally located, in a very nice area with some very good dining options right nearby, good bus connections to Mondello beach and about 15 minutes walking to the historic centre of Palermo. All in all a perfect stay and would gladly book again even for longer instances.
