We enjoyed our stay here, everything that was needed was in the apartment. It’s in a great location with a great massage place attached to the building. :)

I'm so glad we snagged a room months before our trip! Directly in front of the guesthouse is Mt. Fuji. The location is so peaceful, the complete opposite of the busy cities we've visited like Tokyo. The guesthouse felt like home, especially as the kitchen was so equipped and with so many tokens from previous guests. We appreciated the stack of tourist guides on the dining room table as it felt like we had our own tourist info center there! The owner, Daizen, was kind enough to help us dry our items in the living room post-accident. He was responsive to inquiries. The room was warm and comfy, and had a small machine we can use to warm up our beds.

I stayed here with my family member, seven adults and one kid who was three years old. The whole family sleeps together , and we feel very homey and comfortable. It is located on the second floor of the retail shop, walking distance to chureito pagoda,and the mt Fuji just right behind the shop. We were lucky the next morning at 6am, the mt Fuji likes right in front of us,and we managed to take a lot of photos.

Guesthouse Murabito åbnede i juli 2017 og ligger blot 2 minutters gang fra søen Yamanaka. Der er gratis wi-fi overalt samt gratis privat parkering på stedet. Charming hostel with cozy common places, great kitchen and the Fuji-san view from the balcony! Clean rooms, all necessary kitchen tools and city bikes to rent. It was great to ride across the lake (the rental is cheaper than near the lake beach). Friendly and helpful owners! Best hostel ever)
