We ended up in a Suite and it was perfect. Clean, spacious and comfortable. The jacuzzi worked wonders to recover after a long day of walking. SPA services were great too. The staff was just amazing. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of options to choose from. Location was good with anything you may need just steps away.

Reception called me after I settled in my room to check if everything was ok. This was a first for me. Felt very welcome! The room was for 1 but very spacious, just like the bed. Vieuw was very nice, overlooking the sea. And breakfast with salt and sweet was a very welcome change after having only toast with jam for 8 days ;)

I didn't expect it to be on a renewed military barrack from the 19th century. The renovation was very successful and I was pleasantly surprised in every aspect. The hostel primarily caters to peregrino hikers but I would recommend it also to people that don't need elevator or hotel service. There are plenty of breakfast options and grocery stores around, and a well equipped kitchen if you want to buy the products and prepare your own meals.
