Finally, the personnel is really nice and friendly (not only polite like in other hotels).

First opened in May 2017, CitizenM Paris La Défense offers luxurious accommodation with large living rooms, meeting spaces and a 24-hour fully stocked bar. Quite happy with the stay. The staff are like family and friends to me who greeted me politely and really can feel their genuine hearts that really care for me. Feels like home even though i am on hectic business trip

Location is not that far from metro station, very safe, and serene area. Supermarket and shops are just the corner outside the hotel. Room is cozy and spacious. Balcony is amazing to enjoy fresh air in the morning. Working table is a nice place to complete daily routine. Shower room and toilet are not small. Hotel garden and facilities are so lovely, although we didn't enjoy much of them. Staffs are very helpful.
