Our room had a nice full terrace to enjoy a bit of the local ambience and morning sunshine. Lots of nice restaurants in the town, but we arrived without a reservation on Valentine's Day (silly!) and happily made a picnic from the local cheese shop, Basque specialty store and small bio store. Very peaceful. We have lived in the area and I would highly recommend it for a touristic stay in the region, good proximity to the villages, but a bit more serene than staying on the coast. And I really love the coast!
