I love the bed the most because it’s too comfortable that you just want to stay there for long time.

The place is gorgeous and the rooms are huge! The location is central to every single must go place in Penang. Please note that the hotel itself is located in Little India. There are some must try restaurants in the area along with plenty of food hawker streets. The place is definitely meant to relax and enjoy the ancient Chinese architecture. Fantastic place. I will come back!

The icing on the cake is the friendliness of the staff: we were welcomed by Anna, who remembers all the guests names and is a formidable host. I should not forget the great breakfast in the adjoining restaurant room (same attention to details in the decoration) with cooked plates and fresh fruit. The location is perfect, just off the main sites and animated streets. Don't miss out on 23 Love Lane Hotel to go back with long lasting memories of your stay in Penang!

The hotel felt very luxurious. The room was very clean and spacious. The staff were really polite, kind and understanding. The hotel is far from the tourist attractions, but after all if you visit Penang solely for tourism, I would recommend staying on the island in order to avoid the traffic on the bridges.

Tot!!! No sabria per on començar, certament m'allargaria massa. Una meravella d'hotel d'època colonial. L'"heritage wing" amb vista al mar és del tot aconsellable. Val la pena fer un esforç i allotjar-se en aquestes habitacions.

The hotel had a really cool vibe. After travelling in basic accommodation for 2 weeks we splashed out a little more to stay here for 2 nights and we didn’t regret it. The bed was comfy, the gym was great for me, the pool with swim up bar was fab and we used that a lot. Things are more pricey at the hotel but you expect that when staying at a Hard Rock.

The location was just beautiful. High in the hills, peaceful and secluded. Beautiful views. Lovely pool and the plants and landscaping was gorgeous. The bungalow rooms were perfect and beautiful. Loved all the frosted coloured glass. Lots of different places to sit and relax.

Una bona ubicació per visitar Georgetown. L'habitació és molt gran i el llit molt còmode i amb tot tipus d'equipaments i detalls , les instal·lacions es veuen una mica antigues, però en molt bon estat de conservació. Esmorzar molt complert i variat, amb tot tipus d'opcions. Personal amable.

Everything is amazing. The room is absolutely huge, a suite with everything so beautifully decorated. There is a pool in my suite but also a huge pool on the eighth floor with a spa, gym and kid facility there too. Breakfast is a huge buffet with interesting Malay foods as well as standard Western food. A number of interesting restaurants and special dinners. The staff could not be better. Courteous, caring efficient, charming. Best bang for your buck especially with the favorable exchange rate. Bahrain is a nightmare with their exchange rate

The room was great! Very comfy and the mini bar was packed with nice coffee and tea packets. The breakfast buffet was also pretty nice. Location wise, it's centered amongst a lot of hip and cool shops, with food and snacks all really closeby. Overall great stay, would come again if I'm ever in the area.
